The benefits of using SILGO adjuvants

SILGO adjuvants – Application with herbicides and fungicides
SILGO adjuvants thanks to their unique molecular structure, can facilitate the blanket cover and deeper penetration of active ingredients into plant tissues . This ensures that herbicides and fungicides don’t just sit on the surface but reach their intended targets, enhancing their effectiveness and reducing wastage.

By reducing spray drift and ensuring the target crop is covered they improve efficiency which in turn improves crop health and improves yield.

By using SILGO adjuvants with herbicides it removes weeds that are competitors for soil applied nutrients, fertilizers, applied for feeding crops.

SILGO adjuvants added to Glyphosate significantly improve the effectiveness of glyphosate herbicides.

SILGO adjuvants – Application with foliar fertilizers
Foliar fertilizer supplies nutrients quickly, but plant epidermis limits absorption of inorganic ions. Stomatal infiltration is more effective. SILGO adjuvants enhance stomatal permeability, boosting nutrient uptake and fertilizer efficiency.

SILGO adjuvants – Application with insecticides
Insect stoma closely resemble foliar ones. SILGO adjuvant lowers surface tension, helping insecticide penetrate the trachea. This enhances effectiveness and can reduce field doses by 20%.

SILGO adjuvants – Application for control of detrimental pests
SILGO ADJUVANTS are not insecticides which offer chemical control, SILGO adjuvants may on their own exert physical control of detrimental pests by “encapsulation”. They will only be effective at time of application. By combining with insecticides, they improve the insecticide area of cover of the crop, penetration of the detrimental pest and offer a degree of physical control.

Unlike chemical insecticides that  due to prolonged usage, results in detrimental pest developing resistance. Detrimental pests do not become resistant to SILGO adjuvants
