SILGO Application and Mixing
SILGO adjuvants are compatible for use in tank mixes with a wide range of “medicinal aids” such as herbicides, fungicides, plant growth regulators (PGRs), and foliar fertilizers.
For optimal performance, follow these guidelines:
Mixing Conditions: Ensure the final spray solution has a pH range of 5 to 8, with a preferred pH between 6.5 and 7.5 for maximum effectiveness.
Timing of Use: Apply the prepared spray mixture within 12 hours of mixing. For best results, application within 4 hours is recommended.
Always follow label instructions in the tank mix and conduct a jar test if compatibility is uncertain.

Application of SILGO
Silicon Adjuvants
To minimise the risk of run-off, the recommended
dosages take into account different amounts of
water. Follow the regulations – follow the label not to
exceed the maximum concentration. Before using
SILGO silicone surfactant with a pesticide or foliar
fertiliser, a small-scale tank mix test is
recommended to exclude any undesirable effect.

Additional advantages of SILGO
- SILGO: can be used as an insecticide for physical control. It is not considered an insecticide within the meaning of Regulation 1107/2009.
- It functions by forming a coating on the insect's body that immobilises the insect, which in turn eliminates it.
- SILGO: apply while liquid is rapidly evaporating to leave a layer of SILGO
- SILGO: perform tests before application to avoid phytotoxicity.
- SILGO: can be used in orchards, berry crops, vegetables, ornamentals and cereals.
SILGO Adjuvants is a family of adjuvants that are high-quality super spreaders, for improving spray coverage, to enhance spray deposition, to maximize penetration, to reduce drift, and to optimize soil wetting.
