Silicon Adjuvants
SILGO Adjuvants is a family of adjuvants that are high-quality super spreaders, for improving spray coverage, to enhance spray deposition, to maximize crop cover, improve crop protection, reduce drift, optimize soil wetting which results in improved yield.
The importance of SILGO adjuvant is to ensure maximum crop cover which results in improved protection and results in improved yield.
Silicone surfactant reduces the internal energy of the spray droplet. Its molecules are soluble in water and oil, allowing them to migrate to the surface of the liquid and break the hydrogen bond between water molecules. The surface tension of water is generally considered to be 72 mN/m. SILGO adjuvants reduce the surface tension of the working fluid in the range of 20.5 – 22.0 mN/m.

Improves the effectiveness of plant protection products and foliar fertilisers, especially under unfavourable conditions:
- When conditions are hot or dry.
- When the weeds are mature and resistant
- When crops are covered in field dust
- When the wax layer on the plant surface is thicker and impenetrable, especially after a cold period
- When plants have a limited surface area, such as thorny plants such as roses
