SILGO® MSO is a unique adjuvant which has been developed specifically for use with systemic plant protection products

And pre & post -emergence herbicides for use in winter and spring crops.

It increases adsorption of active substances to the soil particles thereby improving effectiveness and increases the safety of crop plants. It is recommended that it is used with pre & post emergence herbicides, such as glyphosate and foliar fertilizers, to reduce leaching and volatilisation. It also improves the deposition and adhesion of liquid sprays onto plants and accelerates the adsorption of active substances thereby increasing effectiveness. It can be used postemergence particularly with herbicides such as the sulfonyl ureas.

SILGO® MSO when used with insecticides not only improves effectiveness of the insecticide but also encapsulates the insect.

SILGO® MSO adjuvant consist of a methylated soybean oil to allow for dispersion in water. SILGO® MSO adjuvant reduces the surface tension of the spray droplet, increase retention, reduces drift, and increase the speed of systemic Plant Protection Products absorption. In general, SILGO® MSO is more aggressive in dissolving the leaf cuticle than COCs and result in greater and faster absorption into the plant.
